The tone of it seems pretty neutral to me.

I don't have the information (or a source), but I'm pretty sure they used to offer a much better warranty.

Yeah, they used to have a massive warranty, they might still have one but their forums have been off-line for a while now and I don't really feel like walking over there and asking them why. BlackVegetable 23:26, 31 October 2007 (UTC)
