Cobbitty is a village near the town of Camden, southwest of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. The area is mostly farmland and location of an agricultural branch of Sydney University. At the southern end of the suburb, bordering the Nepean River is Camden Airport, a popular site for gliding and skydiving. The main road, Cobbitty Road, is home to "Cobbitty Primary School," a general store, a small cafe as well as the popular "teen ranch."
The area is peaceful with views over the township of Camden. Property prices are high but generous, consistent with the general Sydney Market. Cobbitty also has its own winery, "Cobbitty Wines" located to the end of Cobbitty road, just before Warrombi Road. Macarthur Anglican School Is also located in Cobbitty
