This is the start of an article on Coastal Erosion Prevention and I would like to talk to others who have a similar interest, and may just have new knowledge in this field.

Original article was really bad, containing many inaccuracies, poorly researched and explained examples, etc.. Tides are definitely NOT the main cause of coastal erosion.

Definately needs some work- perhaps include some of the causes and cross-reference to costal defenses and methods of avoiding sinking into the sea, like Managed Retreat...
