The Coat of arms of the Department of Antioquia is the symbolic emblem of the Department of Antioquia in the Republic of Colombia.

The design was created during the Viceroyalty of New Granada by Decree of the Governor of Antioquia on August 23, 1812.

The seal has a mother dressed and ornamented in an "Amerindian" style, siting by a golden mountain between a plantain and a palm plants. With a flowing river to her feet, fixing the hat of liberty on her head.

The golden mountain symbolizes the virtue and richness. The palm means triumphs and victories. The plantain means abundance. The hat represents freedom and the mother the people from Antioquia.
