Coastal islands of Alta and Baja California

This is a list of notable coastal islands of Alta and Baja California. Alta California is the US State of California, while Baja California is the Mexican states of Baja California Sur and Baja California. Although the waters and islands are divided between the United States and Mexico, many of the ecological issues are the same.
