[edit] History

Founded in 1966 COASIN was the first company that implemented data networks for telecommunications operators and major Chilean corporations.

Given this experience, COASIN decides to incorporate as one of its main areas a service department that caters towards the maintenance and quality of these networks. During the 1990s, this specialization transformed COASIN into a player of operational and business processes outsourcing.

Supported by a Network Operations Center, COASIN Chile provides network infrastructure, logistics, applications, external services monitoring, among other services.

Today, COASIN has built a Software development and Testing Facility. COASIN software factory takes advantage of technologies such as Java (J2EE), SOA, .NET, XML and Web Services.

Collectively, COASIN services deliver a comprehensive set of business solutions focused on fulfilling business needs for a wide range of industries, including: Telecommunications, Mining and Natural Resources, Retail, Health Care, Banking and Finance, Insurance, Government, etc.
