The Coalition of Democratic Forces (French: Coalition des Forces Démocratiques, CFD) was a political alliance in Burkina Faso (former Upper Volta. It was founded in January 2002 by the following political parties:

  • Convention for Democracy and Federation (CDF)
  • Refusal Front
  • Movement for Tolerance and Progress (MTP)
  • Democratic Union of Faso (UDF)
  • Union of Liberals for Democracy (ULD)
  • The Greens of Burkina

At the legislative elections of 5 May 2002 the CFD won 4.4 % of the popular vote and 5 out of 111 seats.

Since May 2003 the CFD was composed of the CDF, the Greens and the Patriotic Movement for Renewal.

In April 2005 it was transformed in the Convention of Democratic Forces.
