Coalfields Regeneration Trust

The Coalfields Regeneration Trust is an independent charity established in 1999. It is dedicated to improving the quality of life for people in Britain’s coalfield communities[1].
Its mission is to lead the way in coalfields regeneration and to restore healthy, prosperous and sustainable communities[2].
The Coalfields Regeneration Trust receives funds for its core activities from Communities and Local Government, The National Assembly for Wales, Communities Scotland and a number of other organisations and agencies.
