The Coordinating Committee of Communist Parties in Britain is a bureau within the CPB which meets with overseas communist parties that have memberships in Britain.
These include:
- the Communist Party of India (Marxist),
- the Communist Party of Bangladesh,
- the Communist Party of Chile,
- the Iraqi Communist Party,
- the Sudanese Communist Party,

The Committee meets regularly to exchange political assessments, to organise joint theoretical discussions and to plan events of international commemoration.
