CCR4-NOT transcription complex, subunit 6, also known as CNOT6, is a human gene.[1]

The protein encoded by this gene is a subunit of the CCR4-NOT core transcriptional regulation complex. The encoded protein has a 3'-5' RNase activity and prefers polyadenylated substates.[1]
