[[CAVITE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT CHOIR]]
The Cavite National High School Student Choir, a student organization under the guidance, supervision and administration of the subject music, arts, physical education and health (MAPEH) of Cavite National High School. Whereas promoting the culture and the arts in the field of music to all students in able to learn and develop their skills in music from basic to advance, to enhance their personality as a whole and to promote welfare to the students by gaining their experience in choral singing.

Almost 20 years ago, The Cavite National High School planned to have their own choral group in order to have participants in different contest and performances. It was named then, the Cavite National High School Choir; under the instruction of Dr. Romeo V. Micael. The first members are not less than 20 and they performed in different [diocese] in Cavite city especially in every special occasions. The choir are well renowned all over the city then.
Since Dr. Micael retired as a music teacher and music supervisor, the organization sets its declination. Nobody wants to continue promoting the group so the students in the following year unwilling to join the organization, instead, they turned by joining different sports club and the citizen's advancement training.
On 2000, under the instruction of Ms. Corazon Hallare with the help of Mrs. Ma. Fides Tolentino, they planned to reemerge the group and it was done successfully. the number of members from 40-60; they successfully performed in different occasions and venues.
On 2004, a music teacher named Mr. Jayson Castro was appointed by the MAPEH department to administer the organization. It grew dynamically, and developed well-trained students in the field of choral singing. The name of the group was changed as the [Cavite National High School Student Choir ]
He made a reform that all students are encouraged to develop their musical skills and talents. He also revised the organization starting from the officers to the methods of learning that is based on required standard choral singing training.
Mr. Castro develop the choir in a different level: to perform, promote, develop and to preserve [a capella choral singing] to the society. As of now there are not less than 40 competent members.
