This is the official logo image of THE CLASSIC METAL SHOW, known on the show as "Rexx". He was named Rexx in a fan contest in 2004. The original artwork was created by tattoo artist Jack Livengood and provided to THE CLASSIC METAL SHOW as the official mascot of the show.
