CMontney, or Charles (Charlie) Montney, is a "reference geek" and a musician who lives in metropolitan Detroit, Michigan. Interests include books and publishing, folk and acoustic music, the Great Lakes region of North America, photography, web publishing, geography and demography, birds and nature in general. He performs music under the stage name Charlie Monterey.
