Wikipedia is not a democracy or an anarchy. Wikipedia is a cluocracy. That means that disputes generally are, and should be, resolved in favor of whoever has the best reasoning - not in terms of rhetoric but in terms of knowing what works and what doesn't.
Some Wikipedia processes represent attempts to legislate Clue.
