[edit] Vague definition of blocker

The defintion of blocker is poorly defined. B is called a set of edges, but then its written as a subset of vertices. It then says that B intersect with every edge ... but this is the definition of the transversal set of a hypergraph. Perhaps it is meant that every edge in E intersects with some edge in B ???
