Talk:Cluj-Napoca Ghetto

[edit] Move proposal
I suggest a new name for this article. The city was not called Cluj-Napoca until 1974, meaning the present title is definitely anachronistic. It was called Kolozsvár from 1940 to 1944, which includes the period of the ghetto's operation. It was Cluj from 1918 to 1940 and from 1944 to 1974. I'm open to either as a new name but lean slightly toward Kolozsvár Ghetto. Biruitorul 00:08, 15 September 2007 (UTC)
- Kolozsvár Ghetto, absolutely. To name it otherwise would be like talking about the Siege of St. Petersburg or the Battle of Volgograd. K. Lásztocska 02:26, 15 September 2007 (UTC)

- I agree that it should be "Kolozsvár Ghetto". Dahn 12:31, 15 September 2007 (UTC)
