Club Renaissance

Club Renaissance is an approved skyscraper in Las Vegas, Nevada. If built it will be 705ft (215m) tall and have 60 floors. It broke ground in February of 2006, but on March 23, 2007, after three years of no progress, this project was purchased out of foreclosure for $3.5 million by a Los Angeles developer
