The Club Deportivo Esmeraldas Petrolero is a soccer team from the city of Esmeraldas in the province of Esmeraldas in Ecuador, South America. Esmeraldas Petrolero is named that way because of the coastal oil refinery at the end of the oil pipeline that runs through northern Ecuador from the province of Sucumbíos in the east.
The team has frequently been in the Ecuadorian second division, which is called Serie B ("B Series").
