Club Defensores de Cambaceres are a football club from Ensenada Buenos Aires in Argentina. They currently play in Primera C Metropolitana, which is the regionalised fourth tier of the Argentine Football Association.

The club were founded in 1921 with the name Club Social y Deportivo Defensores de Cambaceres, they chose their red kit as homage to Club Atlético Independiente.

Defensores have never played at the national level in Argentine football, but they only affiliated with AFA in 1957. They have won promotion to the regional 3rd division several times, but have never made it further up the pyramid.
