Thanks for adding the article about Measure 5; the content looks good. We can always use more contributors to topics on Oregon. -- llywrch 22:44 1 Jul 2003 (UTC)

Thanks for the light rail pictures. I see also that you contributed the Measure 5 article, which I thought was quite good. --Nate Silva 07:21 8 Jul 2003 (UTC)

[edit] Oregon Highway 99

Talk about excellent timing!! I'm the one who wrote the U.S. Highway 99 article and I happened to stumble on your contrib on the new pages section. Bravo! I've already linked US 99 to your work. - Lucky 6.9 06:28, 23 Oct 2004 (UTC)

Oops, I did the same thing.--Clipdude 06:29, 23 Oct 2004 (UTC)

[edit] Oregon ballot measure category

Thanks, and it's nice to see you made articles for several of them. Sarge Baldy 07:41, Oct 24, 2004 (UTC)

I'm so pleased that you like that photo. I got lucky with that one I guess! -- Decumanus 06:17, 2004 Dec 24 (UTC)

[edit] Mean to blank?

No... for the last week or so, I've now and then had a problem with the Sollog talk page or article blanking when I've done a revert. It started (I think) when they did the last wiki upgrade but I really have no idea what causes it, since the problem isn't consistent. When the problem occurs, even trying to fix it by manually pasting text from an old version into the current editing window results in a blanked page. I've learned not to worry too much if it happens... someone always seems to fix it within minutes (and even "blank" is better than what Ennis left tonight)... oh, it happened once on a normal edit attempt on the Sollog talk page, never on any others. Thanks for asking! Wyss 05:28, 30 Dec 2004 (UTC)

PS... this is a good example. I haven't closed the browser since I had the revert problem (and tried a copy-paste "revert" as well), yet posting on your user page works normally.

[edit] Current events

Yep, that's how I would have handled it. And nice eye catching the cut stories, I hadn't noticed. Sarge Baldy 07:55, Dec 31, 2004 (UTC)

[edit] Gov Kulongoski

Hey there, I saw you were the origional creator of this page. Just thought I'd let you know I've updated it a bit an researched some information from early elections (1992 & 1996). Thought you might be interested to take a look. I saw you had a page on ballot measures, I might help you with that one as well. You can say I'm a sucker for politics.

By the way someone also created a page for the 2006 Gubernatorial Race which is of course not upon us yet. However, a lot of people have pretty much thrown their hat into the ring. So that page is beginning to get interesting as well. I've been tinkering with that one and hoping to add articles about some of the candidates that don't yet have pages. [edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Samlogo.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Samlogo.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. — Save_Us_229 01:16, 4 January 2008 (UTC)
