How do you know that this image is GFDLed? Are you the author?
- I am not the author of the photography. I am the webmaster of the website written in the legend. As a wrote in the description of the photo, the author is "travelphotographies". His account can be see at http://www.carnet-voyages.net/utilisateurs/travelphotographies.html.
This author as accepted last days that his photos can be used in other website, by accepting the Creative Common licence. Is these infos are suffisant? --Clifden 05:11, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
- Which Creative Commons license? There are many of them (see Creative Commons licenses), including some which Wikipedia considers non-free (see Non-free Creative Commons licenses). As long as the author has released under one of the free Creative Commons licenses, then everything is fine.
- You need to change the GFDL tag on the image description page to the appropriate Creative Commons license; see the above links for the appropriate tags. Additionally, you should explain how you know that the author has released the image under that license, because it isn't obvious to anyone who comes along that the correct license has been indicated. Let me know if you need help or have any questions. —Bkell (talk) 17:00, 3 July 2006 (UTC)

- I have marked this image as having no licensing information, until the correct copyright tag is added. When you add the correct tag, you can remove the {{no license}} tag. —Bkell (talk) 17:03, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
