[[Category:]]Prerna sinha 2000 12:42, 12 January 2007 (UTC)I being mother of a nine month old son,thought of going back to work in another 2-3 months but didnt want to leave my baby in a creche.There were some dreadful stories. So decided to get a 24 hr maid through an agency.Indiaparenting site was very helpful,i got loads of nos from there and reviews.Anyways this agency i called said they wanted advance before they could start the process.The agency run by Dr Manju Agarwal,they took advance cheque from me as well and promised a maid in a week. After a week ,i got a call saying there was a problem with the cheque..so i instantly transferred money online to them.Again no response, i called them in a few days they said the money had not reached and only once they get money will they start the process.Then why did they not inform me of the mishap earlier?I could have taken action.Plus attitude of the lady there was rude..i wanted to talk to Dr Manju Agarwal for the last few days but she is always unavailable..I have asked for a refund of my money..but still has to happen..I dont think i can trust such an agency for supplying maids..and then what is the guarentee..when such is attitude?The result is that for the past two months i am without a maid. Also they have delayed the process of refund for vague reasons..completely unprofessional behavior.
