I am unable to discover the precise date of foundation. It is listed on Medline as Clin Sci (Lond): 1979. Abstracts are available at the journal webpage from that date, presumably when the Biochemical Society started publishing it, but list the volume as 56. Now got history back to 1933, but still don't have date of foundation. The early title of Heart has now been taken by a later journal. Espresso Addict 07:42, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
