From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The 5 stages of completing ONE audit cycle. Each audit process requires at least two of these cycles:

  • the first to review practice, recommend & implement changes.
  • the second to review the impact of the changes and recommend further changes if necessary.

Some audit cycles are ongoing and therefore go round this cycle continuously. (Thanks to Leicester PCAG - http://www.leicester-pcag.org.uk/)
