Clive is a village in central Alberta, Canada. It is located 15 minutes east of Lacombe and only 30 minutes from Red Deer.
It has a population of about 700, one restaurant (Cameron's Cafe), one bar (Valley City Saloon), one gas station (Clive Corners and Confectionary), a small grocery store, and some other services.
As of 2007, the mayor of Clive is Anita Gillard.
Clive School is located on the North end of Clive, with about 250-300 students. The grade range is kindergarten to grade nine, and the principal is Corrine Thorsteinson.
The small community also has a skate park built beside the school. It includes two eight foot quarter pipes, two six foot quarter pipes, two four foot quarter pipes, a box, stairs, and a picnic table. A virtual tour of it and the rest of Clive can be found Here!

In 2006, Clive had a population of about 700 living in 209 dwellings, a 4.9% decrease from 2001. The Village has a land area of 2.12 square kilometres (0.8 sq mi) and a population density of 265.0 inhabitants per square kilometre (686.3/sq mi).[1]
