• Conducts and charts patient assessments under supervision of RN.
• Implements individualized discharge planning.
• Provides patient education upon discharge as directed.
• Develops patient education bulletin boards and posters.
• Performs blood glucose testing.
• Inserts peripheral venous catheters.
