Cliff Hague

Cliff Hague is a town planning practitioner, academic and theorist. He was Professor of Planning and Spatial Development at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, until 2006, and was president of the Royal Town Planning Institute in 1996. He served as president of the Commonwealth Association of Planners from 2000-2006, and now acts as Secretary-General. Hague has written a number of books and articles, including Place Identity, Participation and Planning and Making Planning Work. [1]
