Cliff Carroll

Samuel Clifford Carroll (October 18, 1859 in Clay Grove, Iowa - June 12, 1923 in Portland, Oregon), was a professional baseball player who played outfielder in the Major Leagues from 1882-1893. He would play for the Providence Grays, Pittsburgh Pirates, Washington Senators, Chicago Cubs, St. Louis Cardinals, and Boston Braves.
