I ~think~ this is a piece of software, but I'm not sure...
added this page since Clearnet pointed at a telecom company, though don't seem to be able to
find anything on www.nhs.uk to expand it - anyone know more? various places all point at the link 
I put in above, but I couldn't access it at time of writing. 

I've found out what ClearNet is, so I've created the NWCS page and put in a link to it from here. In due course we'll need a SUS (Secondary Uses Service) page as well I suppose. --VinceBowdren 16:17, 31 July 2006 (UTC)
