So which is it? A terrorist unknown to the authorities or an uncover authority unknown to the terrorists. The press today is definitely presuming the former, but the recent anon suggests the latter. Pcb21| Pete 11:23, 13 July 2005 (UTC)

I've elaborated on cleanskin. I think it is more appropriate that a cleanskin refers to 'someone who does not fit the expected profile', which usually means someone who has not had prior association with a specific activity. 203.102.142.74
