Cleopatra ferruginea is a species of gastropod in the Thiaridae family. It is found in Burundi, Egypt, Ethiopia, Kenya, Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda. Its natural habitats are intermittent rivers, swamps, and freshwater marshes.
