Cleonae (Argolis)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Cleonae or Cleonæ or Kleonai (now Archaies Kleones) was an ancient city in Argolis, now in the prefecture of Corinth, Greece. The site lies a few kilometers northwest of the small village of Agios Vasileios, between Corinth and Nemea. It was at Cleonae that, according to legend, Hercules slew the Moliones.[1]
