Clemer Melo da Silva or simply Clemer (born October 20, 1968 in São Luís), is a Brazilian goalkeeper. He currently plays for Internacional. On 4 May 2008 he scored his first goal for Internacional in a penalty kick in the final match of Campeonato Gaúcho against Juventude
