Clement Minaker

Clement George Minaker (born 17 September 1937 in Morris, Manitoba) was a Progressive Conservative party member of the Canadian House of Commons. He was a professional engineer by career.

He was elected at Winnipeg—St. James electoral district in the 1984 federal election, thus he served in the 33rd Canadian Parliament. Minaker was defeated at the riding in the 1988 federal election by John Harvard of the Liberal party.
