Clear Lake Intermediate School (CLIS) is a school that is in Clear Creek Independent School District that is located on the corner of El Dorado Rd. and El Camino St. in Houston, Texas. Its principal is Brett Lemley. Assistant principals are Mary Kay Carlile and Paul House. It opened in 1973 and was the second intermediate school, the 8th Graders split between Clear Lake High School and Clear Brook High School.

The boys football team won district championships from 2002-2006. The 7A and 7B of 2005-2006 and 8A and 8B of 2006-2007 was the first grade to win back-back championship in Clear Lake history.
