Clear Creek High School (League City, Texas)

Clear Creek High School is a secondary school located in League City, Texas, in the Clear Creek Independent School District. The school serves most of League City and the cities of Kemah, Clear Lake Shores, Nassau Bay, and Webster.

The school colors are maroon and Silver and the school mascot is the wildcat.

Dr. Fred Hayes is no longer the current principal of CCHS. He was named to the position prior to the 2002-2003 school year. In 2005, he was named Outstanding Secondary Principal for the entire state of Texas. He has left for a job as superintendent in Athens ISD. Scott Bockart is the principal of CCHS as of November 2007.

- Bruce Davis, Jr., c/o 2003, Senior linebacker for the UCLA Bruins football team. Son of former NFL player Bruce Davis Sr.
- John Favor, c/o 2002, former standout small forward for the Budapest Hun's and former All-Gregory team honorable mention.
- Michael Loh, c/o 2003, recorded a quadruple double for the Webster Cougars in the Creek District tournament. Graduated with honors from the University of Houston.
- Scott Shannon, c/o 2002, All-American Water Polo Player at Occidental College, where he is currently a member of the varsity coaching staff.

The following elementary schools feed into Clear Creek High School: Falcon Pass, Ferguson, Goforth, Hyde, League City, McWhirter, Robinson, and Stewart.
The following intermediate schools feed into Clear Creek High School: League City, Space Center, and Victory Lakes.
The new Clear Springs High School took portions of the Clear Creek High School attendance zone when it opened in 2007 [7]. Bauerschlag, Gilmore, Hall, Ross, Creekside, and some of Victory Lakes will no longer feed into Clear Creek.
