Clear Blue Water is a syndicated comic strip written by Karen Montague-Reyes. The phrase "clear blue water" in this case comes from the world of politics. It describes the ideological divide between two political parties.

The strip focuses on Eve Merriweather-Torres and her husband, Manny Torres, and their daily discussions and encounters of religion, politics, sex, and bizarre pop-culture. One notable recurring storyline involves their son Seth, who has severe autism.
