Cleansing is Prong's fifth album. It was produced by Terry Date, whereas all previous albums were produced by Mark Dobson. It features ex-Killing Joke members Paul Raven on bass and John Bechdel on keyboards/programming. Cleansing was Prong's only taste of moderate commercial success. The video for "Snap Your Fingers, Snap Your Neck" was featured on an episode of Beavis and Butt-head. As of 2008, the album is out of print.
