Hi! Welcome to Wikipedia. I recently tagged two articles you had created for deletion. To see why please read the article WP:NOT. Thanks for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test worked, and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. [edit] Welcome
Hello ClayCook, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and vote pages using three tildes, like this: ~~~. Four tildes (~~~~) produces your name and the current date. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my Talk page. Again, welcome!
Some of the people, places or things you have written about in the articles Clay Cook and Rachel Cook may not be well-known enough to merit articles of their own. The Wikipedia community welcomes newcomers, and encourages them to become Wikipedians. By starting an account or logging in, each user is entitled to a user page in which they can describe themselves, and this article's content may be incorporated into that page. However, to merit inclusion in the encyclopedia proper a subject must be notable. We encourage you to write or improve articles on notable subjects. DoubleBlue (Talk) 05:27, 26 Jun 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Thank You
Thank you all for the welcome. I will certainly take the advice and place my personal information on to my user page. I will also add articles on other subjects and companies I have knowledge of. ClayCook 01:58, 27 Jun 2005 (UTC)
[edit] ineedhits AfD
Firstly, AfD is a community consensus, no one single editor can delete articles as it must go through a process of community review referred to as Consensus. Consensus ruled in this case that the article was not in keeping with the required wikipedia standards for companies. Awards do not confer notability, rather non-trivial significant coverage independent of the subject. No reporting of this kind was found, and nothing of substance was located via Factiva either. Further to this, the article breached the WP:COI rules as it was created by person(s) who had obvious direct involvement with the articles subject. The final nail in the coffin was the article was written badly and was like an advertisement, which is another editorial offence from WP:NOT. My advice to you would be not to recreate the article itself because of your involvement with the company, and that any further creation of the article would need to be a massive improvement over the removed version otherwise it risks speedy deletion on sight.
