[edit] Chris Cornell
Hi - I removed the link based on the advice at WP:FAN and my personal experience on Wikipedia. I too, as an early user of this encyclopedia, was admonished for adding links that I thought were useful. The link sections tend to grow rapidly as new users find that it's an easy way to contribute something. What we're not doing here is making a link directory. What links would be acceptable are references that support the article. There's more info at WP:EL. Take care. E_dog95 Hi 18:52, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
- See my recent edit. I overlooked the other fansite. I nixed it as well. E_dog95 Hi 19:21, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
- If I didn't notice the conflict of interest, someone else eventually would have. No harm intended here. Just going by the book. E_dog95 Hi 19:43, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Your recent edits
Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 19:54, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
