"The five principles derived from the classical school are: Rationality, Hedonism, Punishment, Human Rights, and Due Process." So who derived these principles, from whose work or concepts, and when did this derivation take place? For example: there was clearly rationality and punishment long before what we now term the Classical School began operation, so are you using these terms in some special way?
