[edit] Bad redirect

Why does "Clarksburg, California" redirect to this elementary school page? Is that all the town is? A schoolhouse? I tried to remove the redirect to make it an empty article in need of material, but a bot reverted it back to the redirect. Perhaps someone that knows more about WP could remove the redirect so that it sticks, or better yet, someone that knows about Clarksburg could begin an article.

It needs to be distinguished that Clarksburg Elementary School is in California within the title. There is a Clarksburg Elementary School in Clarksburg, Maryland as well.
