[edit] 'Claz' slang term

There is currently some dispute over the use of the slang term 'Claz' for the school by a new editor. This is being discussed on user talk pages currently here and here.

I have asked that the use of this slang term only be included if it can meet the terms of wikipedia policies on verifiability and citations.

[edit] I suggest a picture be uploaded in some way

surely we could find out if there are any available from the school website?

I'm afraid it would be illegal and against Wikipedia policy to upload a picture from the website. The only permissible pictures would be one you take yourself and upload, but it would be great if you wanted to do that, it would definitely improve the article. Well not necessarily. You do not have to explicitly take a photograph yourself to upload it to Wikipedia. So long as the image is freely licensed, you are free to upload it. For instance, a photograph hosted on the photo-sharing website Flickr licensed under the CC-BY-2.0 or CC-BY-SA-2.0 would be acceptable. Similarly, if permission is granted by the copyright holder and put on OTRS, it would also be acceptable. Chris.B (talk) 21:52, 23 December 2007 (UTC)
