I'm pretty sure that Clapp Hall was not moved across the street from the Cathedral Lawn because of its weight as suggested by the Department of Biology's web site...especially since the site comfortably hold the Cathedral. It is known that there was public outcry against destroying the vistas and open space of the law [1]

I think there were hillside buildings (planned dorms) that were shelved due to their weight. If you have a good source for the Clapp Hall weight issue, please post it.

[edit] I merged all the CLC complex buildings

Since the distinction between them got even more ambiguous with the Life Sciences Annex addition, and the Annex doesn't warrent its own page, I thought they'd fit nicely here all merged together. Especially since there isn't alot to put on about Crawford Hall.
