I've reworked the article as best I can to cover the team founded in 1869; the modern-day Sunday league team is not notable enough for anything more than a passing mention in this article, as Sunday league sides are not notable enough for inclusion. Qwghlm 14:31, 8 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Rugby
This article makes no mention of whether Clapham played rugby union as well as Association football. There seems to be information around suggesting they did play rugby at some point, and may well have played both. This is supported by the fact that Reg Birkett played both codes of football.
