[edit] The McDonnells of Antrim are not a separate clan
I corrected the Clan Donald article that erroniously stated each sept of Clan Donald was a separate clan. Clan Donald has several branches that are neither separate clans or septs of Clan Donald. For a detailed explanation see www.clandonald-heritage.com. I corrected the Wikipedia article on Clan Donald, but was unable to correct the links to Wikipedia sites erroniously named Clan MacDonald or MacDonnell of Antrim etc.
The McDonnells of Antrim spell their name Mc as do many members of Clan Donald. Neither the current chief or members of this branch spell it MacDonald.
