[edit] Fair use replaceable debate

The following are the templates that suggested this image was fair use replaceable, and mine disputing this. Staxringold talkcontribs 23:58, 28 January 2007 (UTC)

{{Replaceable fair use disputed |I understand that there are other portraits, but they are ''American'' military portraits, while this conveys his European command. In addition, that aspect is likely not replaceable as NATO holds a "fair use" requirement for all their photos. In addition, the phrase I put in the fair use justification came from a SPECIFIC email to NATO about these photos and they clearly say "feel free to use them".}} {{Replaceable fair use|month=January|day=18|year=2007}}

Rationale: There are at least 2 official U.S. military photos of Clark already uploaded to Wikipedia that can replace this image adequately.
