Claudia de' Medici, (June 4, 1604December 25, 1648), was the wife (1620–1622) of Federico della Rovere, the only son of Francesco Maria II della Rovere, Duke of Urbino. Their only child, Vittoria della Rovere would marry Ferdinando II de' Medici, Grand Duke of Tuscany.

Claudia de' Medici was born in Florence.

After her husband's premature death, she was married, on April 19, 1626, to the archduke Leopold V of Austria. She died at Innsbruck in 1648.

She was named after her distant ancestor, Queen Claude of France, consort to King Francis I.
