Classic Stories 1: From The Golden Apples of the Sun and R is for Rocket is a semi-omnibus edition of two short story collections by Ray Bradbury, The Golden Apples of the Sun and R is for Rocket. Five stories from the original collections are omitted from this one. The story, "The Golden Apples of the Sun", does not appear in the first two printings of this book, but was added with the 3rd printing. The title of this collection has changed twice. The 1997 reprint was retitled The Golden Apples of the Sun and Other Stories. The 2005 reprint was retitled A Sound of Thunder and Other Stories.
