Clarke MacArthur (born April 6, 1985 in Lloydminster, Alberta, Canada) is a Canadian ice hockey centre. He was drafted by the Buffalo Sabres in the third round, 74th overall, in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft.

After playing three seasons in the Western Hockey League with the Medicine Hat Tigers, MacArthur made his professional debut with the Sabres' American Hockey League affiliate, the Rochester Americans, for the 2005 AHL playoffs. In his first full season in Rochester, 2005–06, he played in 69 games and recorded 53 points.

He was called up by the Sabres and made his National Hockey League debut on December 19, 2006, in a game against the Montreal Canadiens. MacArthur earned his first NHL point in his fourth game, on February 20, 2007, when he tallied an assist on a goal by Andrew Peters. MacArthur scored his first NHL goal against the Ottawa Senators on February 22, 2007.
